Ms. Deepa Ravichandran — Chief Mentor and Educational Consultant

Deepa Ravichandran is a seasoned educator with over 20 years of experience and a deep passion for the Montessori philosophy. As the Founder-Principal of Floretz Academy, she has guided countless children and mentored educators across India.

She holds Montessori diplomas from IMTC (3–6 and 6–12 age levels), a Master’s in Industrial Electronics, a B.Ed, and has also trained in Special Education and Language & Communication.

Deepa has contributed actively to the Indian Montessori Centre and has helped set up Montessori schools in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. She is widely known for her practical, inspiring teacher training sessions and was honored with the PLFA Excellence Award for her impactful work in education. Her work continues to inspire educators and support the next generation of learners through authentic Montessori practices.

Ms. Ratna Raval - COURSE DIRECTOR

Ratna Raval is a passionate Montessorian and the founder of EarlyStart Montessori, with over a decade and half years of experience in education, working with children from 18 months to 13 years.

She is Montessori-trained through IMTC, under the guidance of Smt. Meenakshi Sivaramakrishnan, and has worked in reputed Montessori environments as a dedicated Montessori adult.

Ratna holds a B.Ed. from Bangalore University and an International Graduate Diploma in Counselling Skills from Banjara Academy. Her combined expertise in education and child counseling helps her create a warm, respectful, and enriching environment where children can thrive as independent and confident learners.

Ms Mitali Nandi - Mentor and EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANT

Mitali Nandi holds a diverse academic background with degrees in B.Sc., M.A., B.Ed., Diploma in Montessori Education from IMTC, and Diploma in Yoga Teacher Training. A qualified Montessori and Science educator, she has taught in public schools across India and also served as a secondary school Biology teacher in Botswana.

Her passion for early childhood education led her to specialize in the Montessori method, working with various Montessori schools and contributing to teacher training initiatives.

Mitali has served as an examiner for the Ardee Montessori Teacher Training Institute in Delhi and trained aspiring Montessori educators through MNTTA Bangalore.Currently, she works as a consultant at Adra School, where she focuses on curriculum development, teacher training, and establishing Montessori environments.
