Ms. Ratna Raval

Founder & Principal

Ratna is a passionate educator with more than a decade of experience in the education field working with

children right from ages 18 months to 13 years. She is Montessori trained with IMTC under the guidance

of Smt. Meenakshi Sivaramakrishnan ma’am. Ratna has rich experience in working with reputed Montessori’s in the capacity of Montessori Adult. She has completed her Bachelor of Education program from Bangalore University. She also holds an International Graduate Diploma in Counselling Skills from Banjara Academy, Bangalore.

Ms. Drashti Bhatt

Admin and Operations

Drashti holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering from C.U. Shah College, Surendranagar. She brings with her valuable experience from both the corporate software industry and the education sector.

In addition to her professional background, Drashti actively volunteers at the BAPS Temple, where she mentors and guides young girls (Balikas) in devotion and spirituality. She is known for her passion for organization and her ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, always striving to deliver the best in everything she takes on.

Ms. Sangeetha Sivan

Montessori Directress

Ms. Sangeetha Sivan holds a B.Sc. in Botany and has completed her Montessori Teacher Training from the Indian Institute of Montessori Studies (IIMS) under the guidance of Smt. Usharani. She has experience working with young children in a prepared Montessori environment, guiding them with care and understanding. She is passionate about nurturing children’s independence, curiosity, and love for learning, while creating a warm, calm, and supportive atmosphere where every child feels confident, valued, and encouraged to grow at their own pace.

Ms. Aparna

Montessori Directress

Aparna holds an M.Tech in Electronics and Communication from Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Ambala. With over six years of experience as an Assistant Professor at an engineering college, she has guided numerous students through their major projects and has contributed to research with publications in esteemed journals such as IJAMC. Beyond academics, Aparna finds joy in painting landscapes and dancing. Her passion lies in teaching young children and creating engaging, enjoyable learning experiences that spark curiosity and creativity.

Ms. Lavanya Radhakrishnan

Teacher Guide

Lavanya Radhakrishnan is a dedicated and enthusiastic educator with a passion for teaching and fostering children's conceptual learning. With a strong educational foundation, she completed her Bachelor of Engineering degree from Anna University and went on to build a successful six-year career at Wipro Technologies. Beyond her professional achievements, Lavanya loves exploring her creative side through various hobbies. She enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes, as well as traveling to new places and engaging in art and craft projects. As a teacher, Lavanya strives to make learning fun and engaging for her students.

Ms. Isha Bhimjiyani

Teacher Guide

Isha Bhimjiyani began her journey by running her own dance classes. She has gained experience as a pre primary teacher. Her passion for early childhood education has grown deeper, leading her to take on teaching responsibilities. Isha believes in creating a joyful, engaging, and supportive environment where children feel encouraged to express themselves, and grow with confidence.
