Ms. Ratna Raval
Founder & Principal
Ratna is a passionate educator with more than a decade of experience in the education field working with
children right from ages 18 months to 13 years. She is Montessori trained with IMTC under the guidance
of Smt. Meenakshi Sivaramakrishnan ma’am. Ratna has rich experience in working with reputed Montessori’s in the capacity of Montessori Adult. She has completed her Bachelor of Education program from Bangalore University. She also holds an International Graduate Diploma in Counselling Skills from Banjara Academy, Bangalore.
Ms. Saniya Khan
Business Development and Operations
Saniya, she is a B.E computer science graduate with working experiences with companies like CTS and Accenture. She is founder of Pamperyourselfhome - doorstep home salon services. Her hobbies include cooking multiple cuisine, doodling, traveling and off course arts and crafts. She is very dedicated, focused & passionate about anything that she put her hands on. She is very caring and has lots of patience with handling children.
Ms. Puspita Das Mondal
Montessori Directress
Puspita is a master's in Physiology from Calcutta University and has experience working with young children in India and the USA. She was working as a Kindergarten teacher with Kumon in the USA. She is a Montessori trained directress. She is passionate and energetic about working with young children. She finds spending time with young children enriching and loves story telling and enacting them.
Ms. Krishna Geethika

Krishna Geethika is a B. Tech graduate in Information Technology graduate from Pragati Engineering College, Kakinada. She has completed her Montessori training from C.R.E.A.T.E institute, Bangalore under the guidance of Smt. Rajalakshmi Sivaramakrishnan . She is very passionate about working with young children and has a creative flair for arts and crafts activities. Her hobbies includes dance and occasional drawing and painting.
Ms. Seema khedekar
Montessori Directress
Seema holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology from North Maharashtra University and a PG Diploma in Bioinformatics from Pune University. Early in her career, she taught graduate and postgraduate students at Mumbai University. Her passion for teaching led her to complete Montessori training and a PG Diploma in Specific Learning Disability from Bangalore. Driven by her desire to teach young children inclusively, she chose to join our school. In her free time, Seema enjoys reading, singing, and dancing. She is highly focused and passionate about her work.
Ms. Lavanya Radhakrishnan
Academic Support Assistant
Lavanya Radhakrishnan is a dedicated and enthusiastic educator with a passion for teaching and fostering children's conceptual learning. With a strong educational foundation, she completed her Bachelor of Engineering degree from Anna University and went on to build a successful six-year career at Wipro Technologies. Beyond her professional achievements, Lavanya loves exploring her creative side through various hobbies. She enjoys cooking and experimenting with new recipes, as well as traveling to new places and engaging in art and craft projects. As a teacher, Lavanya strives to make learning fun and engaging for her students.
Ms. Isha Bhimjiyani
Dance Teacher
Isha Bhimjiyani is a patient and experienced dance teacher with over 10 years of expertise, including five years working with children aged 3 to 7. Her nurturing and structured teaching style helps young dancers build confidence and express themselves through movement. Isha’s classes provide a safe, encouraging environment where children can explore their creativity while developing coordination and body awareness. She believes in fostering both technical skills and emotional growth, allowing each child to learn at their own pace and gain the confidence to express themselves through dance.
